Payment must be made within 4 working days of completing the purchase.

In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open an ONP (non-paying bidder) procedure and from the 7th day we will close it with an unpaid item report and put the product back on sale.

Shipping is made within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, using the shipping method indicated in the listing. Products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the timeframe and using the shipping method specified by the chosen delivery system (we are not responsible for any delays).

The tracking code will be delivered only if the shipping method allows it, upon request and starting the day after shipping. If your package is stuck or in storage, we will notify you and take all necessary steps to resolve the issue.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and let us know if everything is OK and if so, we ask you to leave Positive Feedback.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order stipulated on Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, subject to the following conditions.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

Due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (packaging and/or its contents)
Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

Customers who purchase cannot exercise the right of withdrawal with VAT number and those who purchase customized goods.
